Broadband Britain

In December 2001 there were 280,000 UK broadband users (110K DSL & 170K Cable), in December 2002 the total reached 1,000,000 and now BT have announced 1 Million connections which, unlike NTL & Telewest's announcement of 1 Million BB connections does not include always on ISDN!

BT seemingly abundant in confidence are now going to drop the threshold of demand by 50 in each exchange area which will see 69 further exchanges equipped for ADSL.

Update: Tell me about your Broadband Provider - my mum wants to know!
